Job Description
Sous-Chefs Specific Skills: Supervise activities of specialist chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers; demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to the cooking staff. Additional Skills: maintain a record of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory; analyze operating expenses and other data; requisition food and kitchen supplies; prepare and cook food regularly or for special guests or functions; prepare and cook meals or specialty foods; Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff. Wages: $55,000 / 2080 = $26.44 / 40 hours a week plus extended medical and dental insurance after 12 months of full-time employment.
